anti-blocking MASTERBATCH KK3100

kk3100 is a LDPE based additive masterbatch, adopting Glyceryl Monostearate as the main anti static agent. Most of its components are approved by European and American food hygiene agencies and can be used in food contact applications. Please refer to relative local laws when used in medicine packaging. It reduces the surface resistance of plastics from 1016Ωto 109Ω. kk3100 is not suitable for cast films or other applications that require high temperature environment.
Method of Usage:
kk3100 is designed for ease of dispersion and is therefore suitable for direct addition and mixing with plastic resins, thus avoiding the pollution and inconvenience caused by anti-static powders.
Range of Application:
kk3100 is designed for use only in LDPE、HDPE、LLDPE and PP and it does not affect the physical properties of the final product (like transparency, printability, anti-scouribility). It is suitable for usage in films, tubings and sheets.
