With the guide of electrochemical experts,our factory research and produce potassium chloride brightener carrier.It has excellent performance of dispersion,deep plating as well as high cloud point properties.With this carrier to formulate the brightener,in the plating bath of KCL 230g/L,ZnCl2 230g/L,Boric Acid 30g/L,adding open cylinder volume brightener.The plating bath can keep transparent and clean when heated to boiling.This plating brightener,the cloud point ＞100℃.
Performance and features:
High cloud point of zinc chloride carrier suitable for formulating the brightener with chlorobenzaldehyde and benzalacetone.The brightener has good stability,it can easily get bright plating in the range of 10-60℃.(Operate in lab,increase the brightener,the current,don’t regarding the consumption,there still be the ideal coating plate when heated to 70-80℃.）Almost no cylinder foot bath,so it can keep clean a long time.
Usage：  
The carrier is brownish yellow liquid,content≥60%. It can mix with hot-water at any rate in unheated state,that can greatly simplify the operation of electroplating factory.Users can operate according to the usual formulation process.It can also used with MF-2 potassium chloride zinc plating brightener carrier and MF-3 potassium chloride zinc plating brightener carrier,will have much better synergy and formulate more perfect and more stable brightener.
