Potassium chloride,sodium chloride and ammonium chloride to make the supporting electrolyte solution are collectively called zinc chloride solution.
Potassium chloride(especially for sodium chloride)solution have much higher requirement for brightener carrier.For usual peregal and OP emulsifier can’t meet requirement because it has low cloud point,the temperature range is not wide,to this end we have successfully developed a new type of high temperature chloride zinc carrier brightener.Even if the use of these brightener bath temperature reached 65 ℃, it can still plated qualified products.Thus it don’t need the freezer to cooling and it has low cost and less cylinder feet.We have promoted the carrier brightener to our country and receive good response and greatly reduce the cost.MF-2 high temperature leveling agent used alone benzylideneacetone type zinc brightener.If combined MF-1 with MF-2 chloride zinc plating brightener intermediates,it can also formulate the mixed brightener that use benzylideneacetone and chlorobenzaldehyde as main optical agent.

Usage:
MF-2 High temperature leveling agent need to dissolved in hot water above 80℃,then add benzylideneacetone,
After complete dissolved,add auxiliary brightener,stir,it can use after cooling.
