KK4000 is a LDPE based slipping masterbatch containing low speed immigration agent. It can effectively address the coherence problem of films caused by static or viscosity, making the films run more smoothly against each other. It adopts high molecular amide as the slipping agent, making its immigration very slow, and thus minimized its influence to sealing and printing performance.
Method of Usage:
KK4000 is designed for ease of dispersion and is therefore suitable for direct addition and mixing with plastic resins. Generally it does not need pre-drying.
Range of Application:
KK4000 is designed for use only in LDPE、HDPE、LLDPE and PP. The recommend addition rate is 1%, and necessary tests need to be done if the addition rate is more than 1%.
