UN2000 is a leveling masterbatch based on macromolecule peroxidate. It is an auxiliary for a wide
range of copolymers,
designed to improve the processing performances of resins such as LDPE, LLDPE, MLLDPE, EVA, HDPE and PP.
Functions:
To increase the output.
To improve the processing performances of those resins with low MFI.
To improve the performance uniformity of products by minimizing the die mouth clearance in the processing.
To cut down the dosage of LDPE resins.
To shorten the period of laying-up materials.
To polish up the surface glossiness and smoothness of products.
To lower the processing temperature to minimize resin decomposition chances.
To reduce energy consumption.
Method of Usage:
The machine and equipment should be cleaned up thoroughly to ensure no leftovers of
copolymers or of other auxiliaries.
High addition rate is required at the beginning of usage to help shape dynamic coating in a
short time. After that, normal addition rate could be resumed.
Factors to Intervene the Performance:
Hindered Amine light stability agent
UV stabilizer
High-temperature anti-static agent
Zinc stearate
Hydrotalcite
Anti-block agent
Inorganic pigments
Safety and Toxicity:
UN2000 is suitable for use in a wide range of polyolefin products (PP, LDPE, HDPE, LLDPE,
MLLDPE, EVA)
which come into indirect contact with food. For use in medicine packing, please refer to the local
relevant regulations.
Packaging:
UN2000 is supplied in regular pellet form packed in 20kg bags.
To avoid agglomeration and to ensure a long useful life, it should be stored in a dry and
clean place under the temperature of 30℃.
